Cottonwood Update #21: Editing Begins

Well it begins. The next step to Cottonwood, Editing! I moved back to Chicago yesterday and I am still getting settled in, but the editing has begun. It is a long process that will take hours and hours of work. It is where I take everything we've done and put it all together to tell this great story. Editing a feature film is like having a full time job. Between school and editing the movie, it will be hard to do a lot of other stuff. Good news though, the teaser trailer should be out soon. I am very excited to give you guys the first look at Cottonwood with this teaser trailer. My cousin, Isak Hurlen, who is composing all of the music for the movie has already been working with me to make the music for the teaser.

I have a busy couple of months ahead for me. I am confident in what we filmed though and so I know the final product will be something huge. I will continue to update the blog until the premiere which will be in January. Stay tuned for big announcements and updates about the film.
